I am the founder of Collective Hope. I emphasize the importance of values-based living. Using acceptance and mindfulness strategies together with behavior change, I help people have healthy contact with thoughts, feelings, memories, and physical sensations that have been feared or avoided. I work with clients to clarify their deeply held personal values and align their choices accordingly. I am naturally lighthearted and leverage humor to create space to explore tough territories. I believe people can live a fulfilling life despite pain.

My goal is that therapy feels like one of the safest places in your world, where you can be authentically yourself. Yes, therapy is about discovery and growth, which often involve discomfort, resistance, and cringe-worthy feelings. However, it is in these moments that true transformation can occur. It’s essential for therapy to provide a supportive environment where you can face these challenges without fear of judgment—an empathic and genuine space that allows you to explore, process, and ultimately grow at your own pace.

Outside of work you can find me thrifting, analyzing tv shows, taking art and comedy classes, doing fitness things, and endlessly decorating my home.

I take a holistic, relational approach, centered on helping you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore meaningful ways for you to engage with your growth. My intention is to support you in strengthening your relationship with yourself, so you can move toward a life that feels aligned, whole, and deeply your own.

In my free time, I love being with family and friends, weaving on my loom, taking aimless walks with my dog and my son, reading too many books at a time, and going to estate sales.
