Dr. Duma is also a certified yoga teacher and offers yoga therapy as an adjunctive way for people to resolve psychological and emotional concerns that may be housed in the body. She has experience in various settings, including community mental health, university counseling centers, schools, and a primary care behavioral health private practice. She focuses therapy on strengths and the capacity for human change and growth. Dr. Ali's foremost goal is to provide a warm and compassionate therapeutic atmosphere so that the challenging work of altering maladaptive patterns can be accomplished in a supportive environment.
